Sculpture
Sculpture (Latin sculptura, from sculpo – I carve, cut), sculpture, plastic (Greek plastike, from plasso – I mold), a type of fine art based on the principle of three-dimensional, physically three-dimensional image of the subject. There was a sculpture in the primitive era, this is evidenced by the results of archaeological excavations carried out in different countries. The sculpture of the primitive period often served as a means of decorating utensils, tools and hunting tools, and was used as amulets. Landscape poetry
My lessons in art history are different. I give lectures to adults, and I try to talk more with the children, to play, to bring about “co-creation” in them. Especially fascinating for both parties are classes devoted to the landscape genre. The first lesson in landscape for first-graders (in an art school for first-graders 10-11 years old) is traditionally held – first you need to get acquainted with the features of the genre, its varieties, with the most famous Russian landscape painters. Ernest Seton-Thompson – writer, artist, naturalist
Eighty-six years of life – a considerable time. Exactly so many wonderful Canadian writer, artist, naturalist Ernest Seton-Thompson lived. But who was he in the first place? A rare case – it happily combined all three professions.
